Entertaining guests means making them feel welcome with a clean, festive atmosphere, good company and delicious food & refreshments.  We know how much work is involved in entertaining, from the shopping, preparation, cooking and setting up, to making up the guest list and selecting dishes and server-ware for your event.

We have a simple & effective solution for the the homeowner who wants to welcome & entertain family or friends without the stress or mess: We created Eclectic Event Staffing (Formerly Event Genie) to offer a variety of personalized hospitality services, just for you.

 Give us the date & the details, and then plan your wardrobe. On the day of your event, all you will have to do is go get ready to greet and mingle with your guests!

  • Greeters Uniformed Servers (casual or formal) for parties & gatherings 
  • Kitchen Assistants & outdoor grill chefs

Our hospitality staff is experienced in every aspect of party and event coordination and will even help with the set up, break down, pre and post party cleaning, grocery and party supply shopping, prep work and cooking. Our services are geared towards the homeowner who loves to entertain family, friends or business associates, without the stress or mess. Our staff will ensure you are completely  free to enjoy your event, as you relax and mingle with your guests.

Our recently added collection of rentables: vintage dishes and serving pieces, unique tea cups, silver serving trays, antique tea and coffee pots, wicker baskets, candy and apothecary jars, dessert ware and other party equipment & decor, will help make you event extra special without the added expense. We carry unique pieces that your local party rental store does not. Local delivery (within 30 miles of zip code 18944) and pick up available.
